February 6th marked the beginning of TEE (Theological Education by Extension). Twenty-four men, identified as leaders in their congregation, will come to Kampala every other weekend for the next two years to complete what essentially is a pre-seminary course. Shauen also had his first opportunity to preach and although nervous, did a wonderful job!
